Privacy Policy
Last updated 3 September 2026 · BIONOVR Inc., New York, United States
This policy explains what BIONOVR Inc. (“BIONOVR”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use this website and join the NOVR CORE 1 early access list, how we use it, and the choices you have.
NOVR CORE 1 is in development and is not yet available. This website does not sell anything and does not collect payment information. Today, the only personal information we collect is the email address you choose to give us.
1. Who we are
BIONOVR Inc., incorporated in New York, United States, is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us about anything in this policy at Bionovr.business@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
Information you give us. When you join the early access list, we collect the email address you submit. Nothing else on this site asks for personal information.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is served — such as IP address, browser type, referring page and time of request — for security and reliability purposes.
Analytics and marketing measurement. If you arrive from one of our ads or social posts, the link may carry campaign parameters so we can understand which channels bring people here. This tells us about traffic in aggregate, not about you as an individual.
3. What we do not collect
- We do not collect payment or card details. No purchase can be made on this site.
- We do not collect photographs, audio, video or any other data from a device, because no device has shipped.
- We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
4. How we use it
- To send you occasional updates about NOVR CORE 1 — development progress, the reveal, and availability.
- To operate and secure this website.
- To understand, in aggregate, how people find us.
We do not use your email for anything you did not sign up for, and we will not send you unrelated marketing.
5. Our legal basis
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for early access emails, which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time. For website security and basic analytics we rely on our legitimate interest in running a functioning, secure site.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we never will. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only for that purpose:
- Our email platform, which stores the list and delivers our messages.
- Our website host, which serves these pages.
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place for international transfers.
We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until the early access programme ends and we no longer need it — whichever comes first. Server logs are retained for a short period for security purposes and then discarded.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, which takes effect immediately. For anything else, email Bionovr.business@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
9. Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies set are strictly necessary for the site or the email signup form to work.
10. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and we limit access to the early access list to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but the information we hold is deliberately minimal — an email address and nothing more.
11. Privacy of the product itself
NOVR CORE 1 is a wearable device being designed to capture images and respond to voice. When it is closer to release we will publish a separate product privacy policy covering what the device captures, where that data is stored, and the controls available to you and to people around you. This website policy does not cover the device, because the device is not yet in anyone’s hands.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant and affects people already on our list, we will tell you by email.

Terms of Use
Last updated 3 September 2026 · BIONOVR Inc., New York, United States
These terms govern your use of novrcore.com (the “site”), operated by BIONOVR Inc. By using the site or joining the early access list, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
NOVR CORE 1 is a product in development. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a contract, or a promise that any feature, specification, price or date will be delivered as described.
1. What this site is
This site describes a product we are building and lets you join a list to be notified about it. It does not sell anything, does not take payment, and does not create any obligation on us to supply a product to you.
2. Forward-looking statements
Descriptions of NOVR CORE 1 on this site — including voice, vision, hands-free interaction and any other capability — describe the product we intend to build. Features shown as in development have not been finalised and may change substantially, be delayed, or not ship at all. Final capabilities, specifications, appearance, pricing and availability are all subject to change.
The date shown on this site refers to when we intend to reveal the product publicly. It is not a shipping date, a delivery commitment, or a guarantee of availability.
3. The early access list
Joining the early access list means you will receive occasional email updates. It is free, it is not a reservation, it is not a preorder, and it gives you no priority claim, allocation, or right to purchase. You may leave the list at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
You agree to submit an email address you are entitled to use, and not to submit anyone else’s address without their permission.
4. Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, gain unauthorised access to any part of it, submit automated or bulk signups, scrape it at a scale that affects its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.
5. Intellectual property
The site and its contents — including the BIONOVR and NOVR CORE names and marks, text, design, images and code — belong to BIONOVR Inc. or its licensors. You may view and share the site, but you may not copy, reproduce or use its content commercially without our written permission.
6. Third-party services
The site relies on third-party providers for hosting, fonts and email delivery. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to the services they provide, and we are not responsible for those services.
7. No warranty
The site is provided “as is”. We aim to keep the information on it accurate and the site available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any description on it will prove accurate as the product develops.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BIONOVR Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or your reliance on any statement about a product still in development. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the product and the site develop. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York.
